When are your services?
New Testament Fellowship Church has 2 identical Sunday morning services at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. Just pick the time that is most convenient for you and stop by. Each service features excellent children & student programs from birth to 8th grade. We recommend that you arrive approximately 20 minutes before the service so you won’t feel rushed.
Also Every Wednesday night at 7:00 PM we have a “mid-week” service and a Youth Service called "Xtreme".
“Mid-Week” is a time of extended music, worship and praise along with a more in-depth time of studying the Bible. This service lasts approximately an hour and a half.
“Xtreme” is a uniquely designed service for high school students (Middle school are permitted to attend). This service meets in the Xtreme Center.
On the first Wednesday of each month join us for our incredible “First Wednesday” service; it is an amazing time of music, praise, worship and a time of receiving communion, and prayer.

How do I get to NTF Church?
New Testament Fellowship is located at 3303 Homer Adams Parkway in Alton, IL. NTF is just one block south of the Schnucks supermarket, Kmart and White Castle.
If you are coming from the south, take Rt. 3 north until it turns into Homer Adams Parkway, Turn left at the intersection of Bloomer Dr. and Homer Adams Pkwy. Turn left immediately onto Bloomer Dr. (the outer service road) go south one block turn right and you are at NTF.
If you are coming from the North County area, take 367 east into Alton. As you cross the Clark Bridge make a right and immediately get in the left lane to exit on to Broadway, Take Broadway south for approximately 2 miles, and turn left onto Homer Adams Parkway. Take Homer Adams Parkway approximately 1 mile to the intersection of Bloomer Dr. and Homer Adams Pkwy. Turn left immediately onto Bloomer Dr. (the outer service road) go south one block turn right and you are at NTF.

How should I dress to come to church?
Casual Dress is the norm. No need to impress anyone. Blue Jeans, kakis, shorts, it’s all fine. We want everyone to feel comfortable when attending NTF. So, just come as you are.

What can I expect on my first visit?
From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you’ll be made to feel at home. Our terrific parking volunteers will direct you as you enter the campus. Then, our amazing and friendly greeting team will be poised and ready to give directions or answer any questions you may have. If you have children, you can check them in at our secure children’s area check in services and then be personally escorted with them to their room.
As you enter the worship center and auditorium, our ushers will welcome you, hand you our information-filled worship guide and direct you to a seat. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy the service!
If you have any questions before or after the service, visit our Guest Services and information center. You will find it filled with people eager to help in any way they can.
Also feel free to come early and stay late after each service in the GoodLife Coffee Shop & Bookstore. Enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee and pick up a DVD or CD of one of the services.

Whether it is your first time at NTF, or you’ve been attending for years, you never know what to expect during our hour long service. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, we are committed to a creative, compelling, challenging presentation of God’s truth.
Our Pastor, Daren Carstens, presents the Gospel in a way that speaks to today’s culture. By Using humor, creativity, illustrations, and a gusty approach, he delivers a message of truth that you will be able to put into practice and apply to your every day life.
The music wraps the Sunday message in a relevant way, featuring everything from cutting-edge worship, to treasured hymns, to the latest pop hit.

Where do I take my Children?
You will find first class excellent age appropriate programs for your children, from birth through 5th grade. (See Next Question for information on our middle school and senior high ministries.) Our Little Fellows Pre-school and The Garden Nursery areas are located to the left side of our building. As you walk into the main foyer area follow the signage. Go left immediately as you walk into the foyer. The Little Fellows nursery and Pre-school areas offer a warm, secure, safe, colorful, and caring environment for your precious ones. Rooms are designed to meet the needs of each stage of development. Your child's mind and heart will be captivated by the amazing experiences of the rooms, crafts, Bible stories, music, and group interaction they will experience.
Your children from kindergarten through 5th grade will be at home in our Satellite Kidz rooms. These rooms are built for grade school children. Your girls and boys will experience church like never before, with the latest games, music, and video created to present God’s truth in a fun and innovative way. They won’t want to miss a single service.

Do you have any programs for students?
Yes, the Xtension Ministry is for middle school age students from the 6th – 8th grade. Xtension is a middle school student’s dream experience of what church ought to be like. Xtension is held on Sunday morning during the 9:30 & 11AM service, in the Xtreme Center. The Xtreme Center is filled with all of the technology your student is used to experiencing. Also, they will experience music, fun, videos, relevant messages, and a small group discussion.
For the senior high student, we have the “Xtreme Service”. It is the place to be. Xtreme takes place on Wednesday nights from 7:00 PM to approximately 8:45 PM in the Xtreme Center. Xtreme is a service with intense time of music, videos, and a message that challenges students in their spiritual journey. Xtension - 9:30 & 11am - 6th-8th grade
